eGifts
When making an eGift through our site we will ask for your home address and email address. Your email address is used solely for the purpose of sending you a confirmation of your gift. You will not receive any additional email correspondences from 1Voice Foundation unless you have opted to receive mailings from us. Your home address will be used for this purpose only.

1Voice Foundation takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When a registration/eGift form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry- SSL.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off line. Our software and hardware is configured to provide maximum security.

The 1Voice Foundation site uses cookies to track traffic coming to our site. We do not collect personal data such as name, age, phone number, e-mail, or mailing address. Refund Policy
1Voice Foundation is a non-profit corporation and has approved 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. While all donations are tax deductible, neither donations nor registration fees are refundable.

1Voice Foundation does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in the event.

1Voice Foundation assumes no liability for any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by any individual(s) or equipment participating in the event. This disclaimer extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the event.

There are risks involved and hazards connected with this event. The participant elects to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to their property or themselves. The participant voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, which may be sustained by the participant, or any loss or damage of property owned by the participant, as a result of participating in a event.

By registering for an event, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and fully understood the above disclaimer and agrees to its contents.
